I didn't realise it would go that far, does it take care of CTRL+ALT+DEL ?
I think stopping everything will be a problem though, we do need to be able to enter some information & use the mouse. A loader app. might be the way to go, though, I think we would have complete freedom of language, if that were the best solution.
