This is an indication that your stations are dropping network connections and reestablishing them; in most situations, it's a network infrastructure issue, which could be cable plant, switches, a jabbering NIC causing heartbeat timeout, or your server reusing connections that have been inactive for a period of time and treating them as inactive and reusable rather than allocating new connections. Time to get the network guys in to track down the real problem.
