I really do not know how to reproduce this behavior but I have a modal form which can nos be launched “Again” after it's closed.

If I close the form an launch a couple of other forms. Then When I try to launch my modal form a message appears stating that only on copy is allowed.

Any hints about what is happening.

Could it be the naming of the formns?
