Sorry, I haven't used just C++4.0. I am using Visual C++ 4.0 because of the Macinstosh compatibility. We have bought the
Cross-Development Edition for Visual C++ 4.0 which allows you to develop on the PC and port the code over to
Macintosh. Visual C++ 5.0 and Studio don't have the Macintosh Cross-Development so we have stayed with 4.0. We bought
Visual C++5.0 and then called Microsoft to order the downgrade to Visual C++ 4.0. It is working well. We are accessing
a Visual FoxPro 3.0 data base using ODBC.
