I've got several Excel files I'd like to import. The first thing I've done is to convert them to Excel v4.0 format so VFP can handle them -- which I've done before. Now when I try it, I consistently get a VFP "Internal Consistency Error", which then closes VFP completely.

Any suggestions, please? Besides saving thems as DBF's, which I will do, but I'm trying to figure what's wrong first.
