give them when I can, I find the points system useful when trying to locate a solution, but it started turning into a 1st grade "gold star" kind of thing. Plus, like the direction some of our educational institutions are heading, it seems that it was losing some of it's value as they were given out for such things as being quick and handy with the search engine or because it was asked for.
