There are examples in the FAQ and entire classes for Outlook automation in the Files Section, and a lot of people, including Della Martin, Tamar Granor, Nigel Coates and John Koziol have posted a lot of stuff in the past year in the message base, so you might want to take a look at their messages related to Outlook here on UT.

If you can't find a satisfactory answer by the time I get into my office (probably early next week) I'll post some snippets from our email code used to send reports and the like to various customers and vendors from our order processing system.
