>>Some years ago they were celebrating an anniversary of the Twinkie! They were talking to the man who developed the product and asked him how he liked Twinkies. His comment, “I would never eat that stuff and do not allow it in my house”! Now there is a man with a sense of good taste! Just because you invent something does not mean you have to use it. :)

Mike;

The areas of Montreal near doughnut shops must be crime free! :)

I had a friend who was discharged from the United States Marines, at about the same time I was discharged from the Air Force. He went to work for Hewlett Packard, where each day he would enjoy as many free doughnuts as he wished. He had many! Within a year my friend went from 6’ 3” tall 190 pounds to 320 pounds. He liked doughnuts! Did I mention ice cream?

Well, there was a story out at that time about the little doughnut. Eat one doughnut each day and if you do not otherwise change your diet or exercise you will gain ten pounds at the end of one year. In ten years you will have gained 100 pounds. This is not a joke and just shows the balance between diet and exercise. Eating a “little doughnut” may not be the best thing for your health.

Tom
