Well, at least, someone stood up and offer them a path to the solution. <s> And, when users browse those questions, they'll find the path to the solution. So, all that is valuable. Now, as for the fact that the person who pointed the path gets its instead of the creator of the FAQ, that's an issue that I don't really know how it could be achieved. I guess it's one of those situations within the boundaries.
