You have just hit the crux of the matter. How many times a day I have to go back and add in the ';' at the end of my statements in Delphi--I couldn't count. Yet that oversight of mine does not prevent me from using Delphi for those apps that would benefit. I would prefer to use VFP for all of my apps, but my preference is not the reality. If I wasn't capable of learning another OOP language so my employer could benefit from 'the best tool for the job' rather than just my preference, then I should find another way to support myself!
