I think we're thinking at the same level. Just like the Cable TV model is:
TV show (NBC Nightly News) -> TV Station (NBC) -> Cable Company (You're local company)
The Web Service scheme could look like:
Web Service -> WSP -> ISP
Now obviouslly, the three teirs don't need to be seperate entities, if MS had their way they would be (and most likely will be for most MSN users) all three.
I think that in order to make this take off, there needs to be only one point of contact for the consumers, and that would be the ISP they already deal with.
