The application I am running only runs on Win NT4.0.

It is a industrial plant 'front end' for control systems. It provides the operator interface for controlling and monitoring the operations of heavy industrial

In general Industrial Applications need security. So they are a "Never do this" on Win 3.1, a "maybe" on Win 95 and preferred on Win NT or a Unix (normally we use Qnix, a real time operating system based on Unix).
