Hi Michel,

Remove Cool Controls from best non-commercial utility. If you took it from the document, I mentioned, it was my mistake and I was referring to "Easy: Windows Common Controls", which is already in the list. I checked Download section here and there is no such entry as "Cool Controls"... Sorry for misleading...
