Hi Hilmar,
After I wrote this message I was able to make it work, synchronize, etc. So, I like this utility better than WinDiff. Thanks again.
>>How can I delete files? Say, I see .bak files in both directories. I want to delete them both. How can I do it? These options are disabled in the right click menu. Do you know, why?

>In CompFold, there is a button on the center which controls in which folder you can make changes, I think. Didn't use the program for a while. Perhaps you can delete first on one side, switch direction of synchronization, and then delete on the other side ... But by default, the program will NOT show you files that appear on both sides.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
