Oops. We have been so busy here that I was in the wrong thread! I haven't given up on VFP Webservice Publisher, in fact when I followed your suggestion it uploaded with no problem. Thank you very much for the info.

The problem with the asp listener is once it is instancated it locks the com object and I have to reboot to update my dll.
