Oops. We have been so busy here that I was in the wrong thread! I haven't given up on VFP Webservice Publisher, in fact when I followed your suggestion it uploaded with no problem. Thank you very much for the info.

I have not been able to get it to work. The asp listener works fine and I suspect this is what everybody is using to make it work. The problem with the asp listener is once it is instancated it locks the com object and I have to reboot to update my dll.
