I think you then have also missed my point. All I'm suggesting is that the functional availability of web services needs to be as close to absolute, 7x24 as is humanly possible and as such I will not trust my clients to a 3rd party web service.
Other than that I have no quarrels whatsoever with what Mike as asserted.
