The SCA file is an ASCII representation of the SCX/SCT file; conceptually similar to an XML representation - it's straight ASCII, which SCCTEXT converts moving the SCX/SCT pair in and out of the VSS store, You can manually run it against and SCA and extract the SCX/SCT
