AFAIK, OLE DB provider for VFP doesn't requere any aditional dlls. You can copy Vfpoledb.dll on the target computer and register it with regsvr32. See http://fox.wikis.com/wc.dll?Wiki~VFP_OleDB_Provider~VFP for some additional info.
