Renoir,

Great. Saw it.

Now please allow me to perhaps help clarify things a bit further about the WSH and what you're trying to do.

Wouldn't it be great if you could simply create a DOS-like batch file to be the loader? Only problem there would be the DOS window and that there's no functionality to make the date/time stamp comparisons.

Well, that's what the WSH is: Batch files for Windows. However, they're so much more powerful than the old style batch file that I call them, "Batch files on steriods".< g >

For a long time, Ed kept hammering at me about the WSH. Finally, one day when I was in a book store, I saw Dino Esposito's "Windows Script Host Programmers' Reference" from Wrox press. Remembering Ed's enthusiasm about the WSH, I decided to buy it. The next day, after reading just the first couple of chapters, I sent Ed a private message telling him of my purhase. I also gave him a brief comment about what I had read. The comment was: "I had no idea..."
