I have a program using PhDbase that is run unattended at night through a Process Scheduling application.

In this program, when I set the Library to PhDbase, a blank window comes up, which eventually, sometimes, causes Error 2028: API call caused an exception. If I'm around to click, the window goes away and no error. Sometimes I don't get the error. It may have something to do with a timer in the main app firing when the window is up.

The window is the same (by size and type), minus any text, that comes up when the PHDBase.msg file is not in the path and TALK in ON. However, TALK is OFF and PHDBase.msg is in the path. Normally, if TALK were ON, the Phdbase About window would appear next. It doesn't.

I can't replicate the appearance of the window when I run the program outside of my Process Scheduling application. There must be something with the environment that changes, but I can't think of what might cause the difference.

Anyone ever see a blank window come up when loading the PhdBase Library?
