Okay Chris,
Let's try to get a little more technical here and try to avoid the kludge. I think this may have something to do with the autoyield setting of the application object (look this up in help for more info). I think what is happening, is that after you minimize the form, then double click in the treeview again, the treeview is an activex control (?) which has it's own code running, and because it is running (I'm assuming basically in tandem), with the mLaunchForm code, the zoom gets passed over. This would at least explain why a wait window seems to make it work properly. I don't know if I have a solution, because I tried changing the autoyield property, but with the same results. Once again, hopefully this additionaly info will spark a memory with anybody else watching this.
