To everyone out there who are owning an Internet Web Site:

We are starting a new (personnal) company and we would like to have a presence on the Internet. What is the best way to host such a web site? I have a modem-cable at home, maybe I can host my own site but my IP adress is dynamic. We could rent the services of an online hosting service but I'm not sure of the bandwidth our site will require.

Here's some particular stuff I consider using on my Web site:
- Database (SQL Server or other, doesn't matter)
- CGIs
- DHTML

I want ease of use and lowest possible price.

Could you all explain how you are managing this.
