I'm updating the field aaa with aaa+5, now if somebody else changed that field
I need the new value otherwise I will get aaa+5 with old one. I understood that
REFRESH() works the same as REQUERY() but only for special rows(now I see it doesn't). I solved the problem with locking key-table before transaction and then doing requery for needed views. Performance would be better with just REFRESH() but..
