Get everything in writing and go to their supervisor if you have to. Many is the time I had to fix a text file from a client because they couldn't decide what kind and what format to send. Get them to commit before they give you anything.

I'm not sure, but AFAIK they don't own us anything and give the files only by their good will. So, we can not demand a same format all the times. Now I'm facing a problem, what I need to re-define the table structure. Well, I'll do it today, but may there is at least simple method to compare file structure (in the first record, though it could be changed too) with the table's current structure. In other words, is it possible to automate this process?
