oh so it's all on the same PC

in that case look for a ocx's, dll's, fll's and/or vcx's that are in the development directory or subdirectory thats not in the production directory

either way make sure that you load all lib's (ocx's, dll's, fll's and/or vcx's) before anything else (in your program) starts
ya know set lib to yada_yada.vcx
