I like a format that I can modify a bit. I wrote a little utility, at message #567894, to write a cursor to an HTML file.

You could use that by doing a COPY STRUCTURE EXTENDED TO MyTempFile.DBF for each table. Then you could copy the resulting data to an ASCII doc cutting and pasting the table info, or read the various docs into Word.

I find that format useful both as a working document, as well as for presentation.

Don't know if it's worth the trouble for you, but thought I'd mention it.
