Al's right.
I chose the "Almost Everything" option when I installed SuSE 7.3. It installed 2,187 applications, besides the regular Linux stuff. It connects most of it to a menu, too, if you run KDE2. SuSE comes with 5 manuals and 8 CDs, one of which is a DVD which contains the other 6, and a rescue CD.
