>Thanks Ed, it works. The only problem is now in some clients that when i set the EMail program to be Outlook, it asks for the profile setting when trying to load the MAPI controls ( i guess when login in ), but i'm looking for a way to get around this.

I know it's been discussed before; I'd check the FAQ and places like Nigel Coates' MAPIClass to see how he handles it. Or invest in a month's enrollment in PUTM; this one question ought to cover the cost.
