>Yup, I do that all the time (specifically with ACCPAC, as a matter of fact). You need to ensure the Pervasive ODBC driver is installed on the workstation, plus (and this is kind of weird) you need to create an ODBC datasource with that driver and "create" the ACCPAC database. You're not really creating the database as you and I would know it, but you're registering it with the local Pervasive engine.

Thanks Doug!

BTW, I'm currently implementing some of the sfmenu stuff you showed at GLGDW. I'm modifying it a bit to mimic the way MS Word handles Most-Recently-Used file list (automatically replace the oldest entry, new entries go in as #1 instead of #x, etc.)

I might also build the "bookmark" file instead of reusing the same 5 blanks. This would allow me to display a sort of "history" window for the last several days (kind of like IE).

I'm also allowing the location of the bookmark file to be passed.

Thanks a bunch for this class. It has already saved me a ton of work and enabled me to give my users a great feature that they're going to love!

Brian
