I'll second the reply to the network printing a print job cover page. I've seen it before and had a hard time getting rid of it.
If I can recall my DOS printing days I would
Set printer to ....
Set device to print
@ 0,0 say ""
. Then I did all my printing with @ say's

.
Set device to screen
