Since it appears that no solution was found in this thread, I am going to add another idea. Today I got the "insufficient memory" error when I started foxpro in development mode. My other posts were about the message in run-time mode. This time I had just made several changes in the config.fpw. Since that is the only change I had made, I deleted the file and the error went away. So my suggestion is to look at a problem in the config.fpw.
