Go to www.microsoft.com/train_cert

Chose the find an exam option and follow it to the VFP exam. There should be two options there. One will be to download the exam study guide which is a general discussion of studying for exams. It also contain a description of how that exam questions are created. There should also be a download for the exam prep guide. This is the one that you want.
