Hi Mark you can use the WSDL generator that comes with the MS SOAP Toolkit.
if you need any help on that them post your doughts and I will help you.
P.S. before running the WSDL generator you nee to create an virtual directory on IIS if you don't have one already this will be the virtual directory where your web service will run.
