Hi,

No one else is using the MDB file. Only I have the MDB file in my local hard disk. But I guess why should it block me even if someone else is using. Eventually what I want was to allow to get some search results out of a live access database.

>This is a familiar error and JCF is right. Just make sure that the file is not opened by Access. If it's not the case (Access) then, delete the .ldb file just to make shure that nothing else is opening that db.
