Alex does my DLL file have to be in the WEBPUB folder?

>open IIS go to your site open the properties window go to the home directory tab

This will open a window called Application Configuration with 3 tabs the first one called App Mappings you have a type of a grid in this locate for an entry where the extension you have .wsdl if you don't find then chose the add button on the form that is open put the following information executable: C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\MSSoap\Binaries\SOAPISAP.dll, Extension: .wsdl, Verbs: Limit to - GET, POST, HEAD Chose OK to all screens and restart IIS and try again.
