I have a (any *.*) file copy program written in foxpro
3-4 folders

original data
local copy (copy of files from original that you want copied over)
remote data1 (1st destination)
remote data2 (2nd destination)

if you only want 1 destination then just make them both the same. it will check the folder twice but should only copy once (if orignal has not change in the time between the 1st copy and the second check (large files can make it take a while))

Now granted it is not a perfect program, but if you want the program and source code I will let you have it
