If you have VFP7 :
-Add excel typelib to object browser and use drag&drop mostly
-Alternatively you can start as :
local oExcel as Excel.Application
and when you write :
oExcel.
Intellisense helps you.

If you don't have it yet check for file vbaxlN.chm where N is version (8,9..).
Usual location is ...Microsoft Office\Office\1033. Might not be insatlled if you chose not to install VB help.
