I'm sorry...for some reason I thought that Nigel's MAPI class would bypass the security message. I don't think the security message can be disabled (unless you uninstall Outlook and then install Outlook 2000, without applying the security patches).

Methods 1 & 2 bypass outlook completely. You can try either one before you buy:

wwIPStuff, $99, distributed as shareware
Mail/X controls, $199, has a downloadable trial version that will sometimes show a nag screen
