The enhanced GetDir() works fine on our development machine (Win2K Pro) and our test machine (WinME). However, I just rolled out an upgrade of our application to a user running Win98 and the enhanced GetDir() code works, but only shows My Computer and levels below it. (In other words, the Network Neighborhood, etc, is not available.)
I verified this by breaking out my old laptop (which still has Win98 on it) and I get the same result. The window opens up as expected, showing all drives and folders, etc, under the My Computer level, but with no way of going up one level (to access Network Neighborhood.)
I've played with the flag settings, but without success. (I think I've used just about every possible configuration of the flags.....lol)
Any suggestions or ideas? Feel free to contact me directly if necessary.
Thanks,
