the biggest/hardest part is getting here in the first place. We are truly an international community: I am from UK and I have had people born in Philippines, Roumania, Argentina, China, etc (as well as of course Canadian born people) working in my department over the last 15 years.
It's a pity that we (Canada) lose so many good people to the US but that's the lure of big money...
Of course there are some Canadians that we don't mind losing at all - I won't mention any names; but I do object to our southern cousins swiping Shania Twain!!! Now there's a programmer :)
