There should be no problem in apologising if you responses are seen to be offensive. Because of the multi-cultural nature of the forum, we should understand that there are going to be differences in what is socially acceptable & be sensitive to that.
I sometimes did a lot of mistakes in my responses but I've ate my pride to say sorry because I know that it is the best way to do. Rare to find people who the technical know-how and the ability to lead. Great Leaders pushes up people, not to kick and let them down further.

gives me "IAN" which means "I AM NOTHING"
