>I just installed the SOAP SP 2 and got the same error. I'm running this test code locally under Windows 2000 Professional / IIS 5.0, so a firewall shouldn't be an issue. I do have a Netscreen firewall on my network, but that is on a different server and shouldn't be a factor, I hope. I'm also running Norton AntiVirus, could that be preventing something from running?
