I tried the following

on

loSoap = SERVER.CREATEOBJECT("MSSOAP.SoapClient")

I get the following error in my browser

Error Type:
Microsoft VBScript runtime (0x800A01B6)
Object doesn't support this property or method
/markweb/frank.asp, line 5


Any ideas.
