On my work machine, I still have this problem. I go to the Downloads section of the What's New option, click on an item, get the Downloads screen, click on my choice under the Top 10 and get nothing but the Downloads screen refresh. I have my browser set to check for newer version of stored pages on every visit.

Any ideas?
