We are currently evaluating change management software and are looking closely at Merant's system as well as Rational's Clear Quest. We do the majority of our programming in VFP and Delphi, but we also have an IBM system shop that needs to be included. Just wondering what the experience out there is with different products? Any recommendations? It would be nice to have a change management system tie-in to a source control system, but the only products I know of right now that encompass that ability are Rational's.
