As I understand there have been some studies that disprove this assertion. May I ask where you get your numbers from please or are you just repeating a sort of urban legend.

Personally, I think that there could be some relation but I do not think that the evidence is all in yet.

Don't misunderstand; I find cigarrette smoke extremely distasteful and avoid it like crazy. However, over here we've actually gotten to the point in some locales where they are attempting to regulate the smoking in one's own home out of existence. I point this out as sheer hypocrisy as all-too-often these same numbskull liberals will encourage their daughters to get abortions, ignoring the fact that those who have multiple abortions place themselves at very high risk for aggrivated female problems such as cervical cancer - not to mention STDs.

Quite apart from fact. If the facts sustain a position, so be it.
