There are those who believe that someone at MS actually READS submissions!

Regardless, I'm afraid I'm not going to be much help other than to say I've seen this written up before and I *suspect* that there is a MS KB article on it. Sorry I can't help with an ID on that.

There is also a very good chance that all the KB article might say is "yep, its a problem".

One workaround which comes to mind is to try to have shorter length ListBoxes. More than 200 ought to be quite difficult to work with, as a user. Maybe you could devise some way to let users home in on a smaller set of possibilities.
