A couple of weeks ago I was traveling and there was a "suit" talking on his cell phone and congratulating someone for going over their quota (I assummed production) of 1000 units. At the very end of that conversation he said something like, "great job, let's go for 2000 next month..". It is understandable to a certain point for manager types to push people to reach the next level, but sometimes it goes too far. I don't know if that was on the minds of your ex-employers, it certainly would have been the "kicker" for you.

In case you are wondering about me listening to this guy's conversation, I couldn't help it, he was right next to me. Some times I wish cell phones would come with their own privacy booth.. :)
