Kam:
You'll find the set of constants for Excel (Excel.h) at the Wiki:
http://fox.wikis.com/wc.dll?Wiki~ExcelConstants~VFPThe DOM is in MSDN:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/odeomg/html/deovrmicrosoftexcel2000.asp?frame=true(make sure that you enter the URL in one line)
I would also recommend Tamar and Della's book. It is excellent!
I find that the best and easiest way to acomplish something is to record a macro in Excel while you do your stuff. Then do ALT-F11 to open the VB editor and check the VBA code created. It is fairly easy to translate to VFP and when stuck you can always ask.
Also, VFP 7.0's Intellisense helps a lot in investigating the DOM. So does the object browser (in VFP 7 or VB6).
