You will need to install Microsoft Query, then from 'Word', Select Tools - Customize and enable the "Database" toolbar. Then from the database toolbar, Select "Insert data", and then "Get Data". Select "MS Query", it will then prompt you for the DSN. Follow the prompts to specify the table, columns, filters, etc. Select "Return data to Word" and then select "Insert Data".

That should do it.
